We had a fun and busy December. Here are some photos of what we were up to, leading up to Christmas:
Very comfortable in his new forward facing carseat!
Loves dancing with his Christmas tree friend
Our baby-proof Christmas tree!
It was really nice to store presents and not have to ask B every 5 sec. to get away from the tree. Although, he still managed to reach an ornament or two :).
Our "1st Christmas in Texas" ornament
Helping Mom cook
This action shot of B is very appropriate for the "Wild Child" uno shirt we got him ;).
My B and me.
Holly and Ben are engaged!!!! (I stole this pic from FB)
We are so unbelievable happy for them :). They are moving to Houston in the Fall of 2012. It will be so nice to have them so close!
B's "Let me have whatever I want" face.
This fake cry visits a lot. It is oh so cute ;).
Fun with Thomas.
B wanted his friends to sit on the stairs with him.
His new thing is to put his hands behind his back. The mystery: we don't know where it came from. He did not get it from day school. I asked. It is adorable.
We had a Christmas party with our neighbors.
The kiddos had fun decorating sugar cookies!
I love this kid!
An entertaining ornament exchange.
Boston playing with Lucas :).
One of my favorite pics of B playing cars.
The room got quiet and we discovered B sound asleep on the step.
Grammie made a special visit for B,
so Tim and I could have a date night to my company Christmas party.
They had lots of fun!
They had a little festival in Old town Katy with snow for the kids.
B didn't know what to think about the cold crunchy stuff.
He loved watching the other kids have snowball fights!
We almost missed a visit with Santa,
but he and Mrs. Claus were sweet and let us take a quick snapshot for B.
Just look at that face.
B loves gingersnaps.
He knows exactly where the out-of-his-reach cookie jar is.
Being Santa in the bathtub. We say "HO-HO-HO Merry Christmas!"
Boston had his very 1st haircut. It was time.
Before:
He was so good sitting in the chair.
Of course, it helped that the firetruck had a bell and a light he could switch on and off.
I think he likes his new do.
My more grown up looking, but still my baby, handsome boy.
Another visit from Santa at day school.
He even got to see one of the elfs!
B and his sweet teacher Mrs. Robin.
She is so wonderful to our boy.
1st candy cane experience on the way to the grocery store.
He really liked it!
I really liked having a sticky, red hand and faced boy while walking through the store.
It made it more fun :).
Next post: Christmas!
