Saints game and Doctor visit

Daddy is SO proud of his little Saints fan!

Our attempt at a self-taken family photo.
Boston decided to make a silly face :). I love that boy!

Just chillin', looking cute

Today Boston had his 2 month checkup. He now weighs 10 lbs. 14 oz. and is 22 inches long! (25th percentile for both) The doctor said he is still looking great and that makes me a very happy momma. Of course, I knew that :) but it is reassuring to hear it from the doctor. He has gained 4 lbs. since birth!

Unfortunately, he had to get 3 shots today. :( My poor baby was not happy when he was getting them and it made me very sad, but shortly after he was just fine. He took a nice long nap after the Dr. visit and woke up in a good mood. Daddy said, at least he got some cool band-aids ;).

2 MONTHS!

Laughing with his big bear!

Boston is two months old today. I always say this, but time sure is flying by. Boston has been alert since the day he was born, but he is more alert than ever now and it is so much fun to see him watch things and "see" him processing everything he is taking in. I am getting to know his crys and which means what. He only fusses when he is hungry, uncomfortable, and sometimes bored. He really is a little sweetie.

This month we have noticed him sucking on the end of his fist. He will drop his passy just to get a taste of it. It's really cute to see that he has found his hand. He also drools now too...

He loves to stand up (with help from Mommy and Daddy of course!). He would rather stand than sit and he just looks around. When he's excited, he flaps his arms and makes a cute little concentrating face.

Daddy thought he would help little B become a little more acquainted with Molly. Molly will give little kisses to Boston and sniff him, but if I try to put them close (to take a picture), Molly just moves away as if she is scared of him. We aren't sure if Molly liked this, but Boston looked like he did!

Little B with his seahorse

Daddy feeding Boston for the first time. He did a really great job :)

I put Boston on his play yard every now and then to see if he will notice the toys hanging down. He now moves alot more than before, but hasn't quite noticed that when he hits the toys it causes them to swing. He does just study them though.

A visit from Uncle Ryan

First time in his little bathtub. The bathroom sink was getting too small.

Napping on Daddy

He likes to sleep with his hands up or in the air. It doesn't look comfortable to us, but he really likes it.

Watching t.v. in his swing

Boston smiles back at us and it is so sweet. Our favorite thing is to just look at him and get him to smile or laugh. He has a beautiful little smile and it makes me SO happy. He is a very happy baby! I think he actually enjoyed his bear picture this month!
